Im planning on competing sometime soon,
and first im cutting then im bulking.
When I bulk, i want to know if i should have the weight gainers. Ill be all natural, and 1250cal drinks sound a bit too hefty. Who does this without becoming a pig overnight? Do they work? What do you recommend for optimum gains calorie wise and supplement wise?

i think weight gainers work best for people who have real trouble puting on size. from your pics you look like you can put on size pretty good. i would go for a meal repl shake w high protein instead, that way it will be quality bulk. just my op

I agree with H Bomb, if i could, i would rather eat my calories in food rather then in shakes anyday. If you still can't gain weight, then do the weightgainer, but i don't think you will have this problem.

Stick with real food as much as possible.....the weight gainers are for the hard gainers!!!!!

you can make your own weight gainers, just put the stuff in the blender, thats what i do, it comes to like 2000-2600 calories depending on what i put in it.
