    cla with creatine

    i know taking something like xenadrine or hydroxycut with creatine is pointless, but what about CLA with creatine? im already on creatine, gained 4 llbs in 7 days, and just ordered the cla. should i wait till i get off creatine to take it?

    i have been taking cla with creatine now for about 4 weeks. I have not gotten any type of results that would show cla works like xenadrine or hydroxycut.

    it hurts so good
