    E/C/A is the asprin necessary??

    just wondering if just a E/c combo be just as effective
    i read in some other posts that Asprin does not to make a dramatic difference in non obese people
    juss wondering your thoughts on this

    The aprin is not used to help in energy or fat loss. It thins the blood to help with circulation.
    I don't think you need quite the amount thats in a "typical" ECA stack but I would recommend at least taking a baby asprin ED for overall heart health.
