    r-ala

    How much more effective is r-ala than regular ala? What are the dosages with it? Does anyone have any experience with it and fat loss? Thanks for all your help.

    with respect to glucorellR (r-ala ... independently laboratory tested)

    apprx. 3times with respect to glucose clearance

    100mg per 30-50g of carbs

    just as a note-
    all glucorellr now contains biotin (500mcg/per) as it is essential that they be taken together- an issue of intereference with biotin dependent carboxylases (which is completely alleviated by the addition of biotin)- it also has additional glucose clearance benefits.
