To my knowledge: Glutamine is the deritive of glutamic acid which can be synthesized from arginine, ornithine and proline inside the body.
L-Glutamine is the free-form version of Glutamine, which you take when you supplement.

Glutamine is body product, L-Glutamine is synthetic.
