    Arrow 19-Nor

    Has anyone ever cycled 19-Nor for 6 weeks by itself, and if you have did you get any thing from it......ive read alot on it and it says it will promote (LBM) is there any truth to that....

    Never tried that but what supplement doesnt promise LBM when u take it?

    yea i know most do, but prohormones like 4-ad i know doesnt promote it cuase it cuases water retention and in some peeps gyno with some acne.
