I would go morning maybe to put a stop to all the catabolic things that fasting does to your body. Other than that (of course post workout) I wouldn't use it, to quick of a release of insulin for my body.

That sounds good to me some bro's go above 100g but I personally feel that is too much for my body i need to stay around 70. If you have a really fast metabolism or you do a really intense workout try to bump it up. Experiment and see what works for your body the best. As for the morning I would go in the 50-70 range, you wont need as much as post workout.

I was over at swole's page and we just had this discussion. dextrose should be only used on post workout recovery to spike insulin levels. No dextrose before any workout.
