Night Time Proteins? Your Opinions?
There are a few different kinds out right now. They are supposed to fuel your body while you sleep, and they are pretty pricy. For me, price isnt a problem when it comes to puttin on muscle (even though i dont got a ton of money lol). What do you think of them? Heres links for two of them.

All you need is a blended protein for slower absorbtion to get you through the night. No need to spend extra cash on a "nightime formula"
Optimum Pro Blend---21.99 will do ya right

egg/milk protein is a good option since it releases slower and maintains a high concentration in the muscle cell for a longer period of time (than for example Whey p.)

EAT real food. I usually have about 8-140z of steak before bed, sounds nasty but makes for slow release during the night.

I agree with Silverfox...but if you just can't hack it...then give Labrada's Pro V 60 a try. It has timed release protein in it as well.

I used to drink too many shakes and not enought food, all i can say is big mistake, I am at my all time biggest and drink 1 shake per day(that is not every day) rest is all real food, and it's making big difference for me. Force feed yourself if you need to.
