Quick Acting Energy Supplements?
Are there any supplements such as Tablets etc. I can take before Trainging in the Gym, or on the Football field, or even before a competition game, so I can have more energy and not feel Larthargic, worn out and tired?
I need an edge, explosivness etc, rather than feeling tired..
Should I eat more carbs in my diet (ive been cutting carbs quite a bit but started taking more this week).
Please I need some supplements, like glucose tablets or something to boost my enery quickly..

I would suggets taking either an ECA stack, or have a large coffee. This will definately do the trick.

Red bull Alot of guys i know drink a Red Bull before a workout. I use to pop one before i worked out all the time. There's also a sugar free red bull. Buy at a Sam's or Costco store by the case to expensive buying individually.

Speedsta, IMO you should not learn to rely heavily on energy stimulators. I have gotten to a point in the past where if I didn't either have some ephedrine or caffeine before a workout I'd be psychologically convinced that I couldn't get a good workout in.
You should either attempt to schedule your workout at a different time, have a short (20-30 min) power nap before, go for a quick paced jog around the block to get the andrenalin going, etc.
If you absolutely feel the need to give yourself a quick energy boost, caffeine (or products containing caffeine) should be the best way to go.

Hey polska i was in the same boat as you for a while. So i stoped drinking a red bull before a workout so i could prove to myself i can lift the same without it. This is saving me alot of money cause those littles bastards are expensive.

Im not only talking about Gym workout, but also Sports training (cardio etc.) and then games on the weekend.
My sleeping habits its pretty screwed, like I sleep around 4am and get up at around 12-1 pm and that fluctuates.
I dont know if this has an effect?

Red bull or any other energy drink is packed with caffine and sugar so it will give you a jump start any time of the day for any type of activity.

Is Caffeine intake such as Red Bull alright before a game of football or something, were I need a boost of energy? Or can it affect my fitness?

Personally i think the best energy drink is Ripped Force by ABB and it comes in a couple of different flavors.

How long has your sleeping schedule been like that? I used to work shift work and the odd hours can throw your body way out of sinc.
