Well, for one thing, it's in every green vegetable...
Do you eat a lot of greens? If so, you probably don't need it... If you don't, it might be worth looking into.

Chloropyll has the same chemical structure as our hemoglobin, except hemoglobin has iron in the center(which makes our blood look red) and chlorophyll has magnesium(which makes it green).

Make sure it's natural chlorophyll not synthetic. Synthetic cholorphyll(chlorophylin) actually causes more problems than good.

I usually just have a shot of wheatgrass juice. It has a ton of cholorphyll in it and 1oz. is equal to 3.5lbs of leafy green vegetables.

Go outside, grab a green leaf, or go to the supermarket and buy spinich, don't buy chlorophyll supplements. There will be no difference other than the money in your wallet

take advise from ppl who know there stuff, go get the wheat grass or eat some green veggies...

when is the last time you had a blood test ? that would be your next step to see if you vit d is low or test levels if you not feeling 100%, but most issues are alllllllllll going to be around diet.
