    building muscle with natural herbs???

    i read about 9 natural herbs that will increase muscle and help build strength %25. i forgot which herbs, but i remember oat straw, st johns wort, ginger and i forgot the rest. my question is "is there anyone on here that uses herbs for working out and if so, what results have you had? also can you list the herbs you are using.

    That is an interesting link. Have taken some of those herbs in the past for long forgotten reasons. If there is a multi-complex close to the herbs in that list I would give it a try. Anyone hear of one I might waste some $$$ on?

    yes that was the link i was looking at. just wondering if anyone has taken that combo and gained anything or what result they have gotten off of this?

    I highly Doubt anything will happen, even if something does happen you will not notice it, the only thing that will happen is the placebo effect

    Only herbs I have are for cycle assistance/liver. Last time I tried a bunch of herbal supps it made me feel more worn down... was some whole green supp with about 20 herbs, one of which I am convinced I had a slight allergy. Who knows which one, just shyed away from herbs after trying to finish the bottle 2 times with same effect. I can put down some valerian, and an occasional yohimbe gives me twitches. Maybe search over at the vegan BB...
