but, I've been giving glycerlean a try mixed with a bit of glutamine before bed. As it's only been a week or so, I can't really comment on its effectiveness other than to say that until taking this particular protein as my last meal of the day, I would wake up every morning literally STARVING...no more though. Hopefully, this is a sign of its overall effectiveness, as i would imagine that would be a decent indicator as to whether or not it did in fact do that which it claims to do.
