    Thumbs up Flax or CLA

    Whats everyone's opinion on these and what's more effective?

    I use flax simply because a tablespoon is 14g. Very cost efficient.

    as far as i understand it...they are two different things. CLA is a nonessential fatty acid and flax is essential...now i may be mininformed..but that's how i understand it.

    As far as what i like, i took cla for 3 months, saw nothing special..but been doing flax for 3 months straight now and love it! Dropped fat easier than i have ever. I just added MD6 and T2-Pro to the mess..we'll see what happens.

    Cla is related to Omega6 fatty acids. I get my omega 6's from natural PB. I get my omega 3's from flax, thats why I said I use the flax. If you get both of those EFA's I don't see any point in taking CLA

    Thanks. I'm considering taking flax (cuz it's a little cheaper)
