Hey guys, just looking for some people to critique my supplementation schedule... I'm a 21 year old male, 5'10", 168 lbs., and just getting started in the world of weight training... I am basically looking to build some bulk and add some strength at this time. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated!

8:00 am – 1 Scoop Cell-Tech

8:15 am – 1 Multi-Vitamin, 1 L-Glutamine, 1 Calc/Mag/Zinc, 1 Serving
Protein, 1 Meal Replacement Shake

8:30 am – CARDIO (30 Minutes, High Intensity)

9:00 am – Meal #1 (4 Eggs, Oatmeal)

11:00 am – 1 Meal Replacement Shake

11:30 am – 1 L-Glutamine

12:00 pm – Meal #2 (Chicken Breast and Brown Rice)

12:30 pm – TRAINING

2:00 pm – (Post-Workout) 1 Scoop Cell-Tech, 1 Serving Protein, 1
Calc/Mag/Zinc

2:30 pm – 1 L-Glutamine

3:00 pm – Meal #3 (12” Chicken Breast Sub on Wheat)

4:30 pm – 1 Meal Replacement Shake

6:00 pm – Meal #4 (Salad with Chicken Breast)

9:00 pm – Meal #5 (Chicken Breast and Brown Rice)
