    Unhappy hard weight gainers-what protein worked?

    i'm 25 and i burn off my food very quickly and i would like to know what company has a good protein supplement that has worked for other guys who have a hard time gaining weight back they lost. but i don't want to put any fat on and loss my abs. thanks

    N-Large squared by prolab IMO is the best "weight gainer" quality wise.

    Well as a weightgainer you should try prolabs nlarge2, you should also add creatine to the mix. With these supplements and the proper diet you should see some gains.

    you guys have a websites i could check out for prices and info? also what would happen if it did work and over time i gained the weight and size i wanted to be what would happen if i stopped using it,would i lose the weight i gained? thanks again

    ok cool thanks-yep not about to stop working out i lost some size recently over the past month with being sick and my job is very active so i lose weight moving around picking up heavy things and the fact my body is burning up all my fuel just to keep me warm-( i work in a huge warehouse thats a 10* below freezer

    sure is- i lost ten pounds in a month or less haven't lost anymore but can't gain back the ten i lost.

    With a job like yours.....start woofing down peanutbutter and milk. The extra calories you get from eating say 2 or 3 pb sandwhiches a day along with a couple glasses of milk will help you gain those pounds back. Not to worry too much about gaining it as fat. You'll be burning those cals off at work. Give it a try, when I needed to put on some size back for college ball that's what the coaches had me do. Just if you notice your bf levels increasing start backing off.
