time released protien?
hey anyone here use time released protien? if so does it work? is it worth investing in some? what brands would u guys recommend.

Time release protein is not efficient IMO cuz food does the same thing as a timed release protein. Unless they make like a 100g serving of protein that gets released over an 8 hour period, I think its a waste...
