why not mix it in with your protein shake after your workout????? huh????
Mix it with something, I mix mine with protein after workout and before bed. When mixed you can't taste it.

Like all before me has stated......mix it up!
first the stuff clumps up and does not mix well at all..
Second the guy at the place told me never mixs it with anything esp. protein, he said it needs to be taken on an empty stomach alone then 15 min. later you can eat or take a protein shake...
Don't know how much I believe your guy, I have never seen anything saying glut needs to be taken on an empty stomach. I have even heard some people complain of gastro pains when done like that. What brand did you get mine mixes without even stirring.....Quote:

Optimum Nutrition has some pretty cheap glutamine. Mixes well. Check it out at All Sports Nutrition, duh.
