    Ephedrine as anti-catabolic

What would be the best way to take ephedrine as a anti-catabolic?
35mg 1 hours before workout 35 mg 15 min after workout?
Anyone has any knowledge on that?

    10mgs of E with 100mgs of C dosed every 2hrs for a total daily intake of 60mgs E/600mgs C.

Used as such, E/C exerts a small effect on nutrient partitioning, shifting the balance in a positive manner with regards muscle preservation and lipolysis.

    on what planet

does 60mgs of vitamin e and 600mgs of C prevent the type of catabolic effect that ephedrine has?!where? HCA even at doses of upwards of 1000mgs does nothing and the in the NEJM.eph is like saying ultra low doses of amphetamines are anti catabolic.anti catabolic meaning muscle sparing!!!i'm not buying from personal and journal experience but hey, i could be wrong, but i doubt it

Sorry, i guess those 5 pinky i just took just hitted me, but i dont get it partyboy, does that mean that low dose of ephedrine doesnt really spare muscle tissue?.. I asked that because i have read that clenbuterol act as anti-catabolic and that ephedrine was also anti catabolic.. I was wondering what would be the correct dosage.. Could you explain me your post partyboynyc?
    Thanx

Ephedrine is muscle sparing in much the same way clenbuteral is.

No one is discussing Vitamin E, Partyboy, so I am a bit confused as to the origins of your response.

Anything that promotes fat burning is anti-catabolic (for muscle tissue).

Funny enough, total starvation is extremely anti-catabolic after the first 3 days. Ketone bodies block the use of AA's for energy and muscle is spared until the body exhausts it's fat stores.
