    help plz

    yeah i orderd some scitec creatine and i was wondering af anyone knew how good it was or heard of anyone saying anything about it and does anyone know what is the best brand of creatine out there??? plz help fast. thanks

    i never heard of that brand but dont buy any creatine products from china too many impurites were found in it. creatine is creatine to me (i guess i say that cause i just hate the stuff) but i guess cell tech is a good choice, i heard many good things about that brand. but i think any creatine will do as long as you take it with some sort of simple carb
