    ** Control estrogen naturally question!! **

    Alright i was reading trough musclemag and found out about indole-3-carbinol as anti estrogen, and calcium d-glucarate, anyone know where you can find those supplement, or the amount found in certain food??
    There is also something about ion from computers that would decrease testosterone and thing like environmental toxins, pollution, heavy metals ??? anyone know anything about those different topic.
    Also, what do you think about omega 3?

    Both can be found in Estrodex by SAN, I dont think you can eat enough food containing these two for it to do anything for you.

    What were you saying about ion from a computer reducing testosterone ? Is this a theroy are has this actually been proven? I am interested to find out, post the article to the board if you have it Arguo, thanks.
