I've always been skeptical of most supplements, however, I find the Gaspari Nutrition's PlasmaJet helps out in that department. It's a little pricey and kinda gross, but I feel like it works. I'd recommend that you be at a lower body fat so you don't just waste your money.

Im hoping with the cardio, lots of wate,r and the plasma jet it will make them bulge. I have them everywhere I just need them to pop out. So as far as genetics go I have lots of veins I just need em to "pop" lol

Your diet could be the problem. High sodium intake encourages water retention and ergo less vascularity. I would post your diet in the diet section in my opinion. Supplements do exactly what they are called they SUPPLEEMENT and help you reach your goal, no magic powder is going to make you look ripped without gear. You need proper diet and exercise. "Lots of water" is a pretty relative term, I drink 6 L (1.5 gallons) of water a day, and I don't consider that a lot.
