    How many calories?

    Current supplements:
    100mg H-Drol
    45mg-Epi
    100mcg T3
    100mcg Clen (alternating with ECY)
    10mg Yohimbe
    3600mg Calcium
    3000mg Potassium
    2500mg Taurine
    3000mg Flaxseed Oil
    3000mg Fish Oil
    1 multivitamin
    Cycle Assist as directed
    Joint Support (Glucosamine and Chondroitin)
    200mg Caffeine

I am thinking of adding Flexabol. I am about 20% into my cycle.
Oh and I do cardio and heavy weights almost daily (I take a day off every 6 or 7 days).

Okay, so I bought a scale that also reads BF. It said I was 22% BF. It has said this for 5 weeks now (most of this time was off cycle). I was concerned and posted a question in which I was told to drop calories from 3000 per day to 2000 per day. I then did a caliper test and measured at 15.5%, my scale sucks. I would think that the fat would melt off with the combo and adding Flex should help. I eat perfectly, and now I am questioning what I planned. It's 60% proteins, 30% Carbs, and 10% fats. I did notice a bit more flab when I switched from ECY to clen/T3. I am hoping this is because of the ramp up phase and now will be as effective. Here are my calorie stats:

    1750 BMR
1000 working out (measured and accurate + or - 100 calories)
    500 doing my thing daily?

3250 calories and eating 3000. I heard if I go too low I will just waste the PH's. What is ideal for me?

-Let's get this part out of the way:

Don't run two Methyl's-it's messes up the liver
I am getting blood work twice a month and tracking temp and BP daily.

There's a lot going on here so I will to address it as best as possible.

    (1) Rest days are MANDATORY. You need 2 days off from lifting weights. You tear your muscles at the gym, but they grow bigger and stronger when you leave and rest.

    (2) Your scale is more than likely very inaccurate for bodyfat readings. However, it's all relative, so if you start at 22% BF and end up at 17% BF 5 months later, the numbers could be completely wrong, but regardless you've lost 5% Bodyfat. Calipers would be more accurate though.

I don't understanad where you came up with 1000 cals for working out and 500 for "doing my thing daily" whatever that means. To find out how many calories you need look here:

    http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...ead&highlight=

    (3) I will not comment on your Prohormone use until you give your stats (Age, Weight, Training Experience, Height, Cycle History, Diet, etc).

    (4) However what I will say is your have way to many supplements going on. I significantly doubt your eating perfectly, so I would strongly recommend posting your diet in the diet section of this forum. Regardless, realize supplements are not going to do anymore for you than what an optimal diet and proper training already do. I could spoonfeed myself creatine powder, but if I'm a chump in the gym and my muscles never tear then the creatine is going to do very little for me. Obvious this example is an exaggeration but it still illustrates my point. Not only do you have an extensive list of supplements, your dosages are fairly high in my opinion. 3.6g of Calcium is ALOT. My mom only takes 2g/day AND weight trains AND has osteoporosis. Not too mention in order for your body to utilize calcium (assuming the calcium your taking is derived from rock and not the plant), you need Vitamin D in your body too. Furthermore, 3g of Potassium is absurd. The only vitamin in my opinion that you would want to have in the 3-6g area for dosing is Vitamin C or E if your on a heavy steroid cycle. Some anabolics have the capacity to deplete Vitamin C and E from your body.

I am 35 and have been training since 16. I have done many cycles in my life. I weight 170 at 5'8. I have high tolerance to all meds-doctor nicknamed me 1%.
Today was a typical eating day so I will post what I did.

Morning-Adkins Advantage bar (low carbs, low fat, high protein)
Late morning: 12 oz of raw fish at Sushi restaurant with a salad no dressing (no rice with fish)
Early afternoon: 8oz fat free cottage cheese; 16 peanuts (unsalted)
Early evening: 8oz rabbit breast (was in my freezer for a few months, had to use it, thought is would be something different). 15 radishes raw
After workout: Adkins Advantage Bar; 1 apple, 8 oz fat free Greek yogurt
Later Evening: Protein shake, 5 grapes, 2cups lettuce with fat free dressing, 1/4 cup low fat cheese
I also drink 16oz of water every two hours.

The calcium was just increased yesterday. Up until then I was taking 1200mg. I will switch back--thought it would help protect bones from what I am taking
I get vitamin D from the sun, multi-vitamin, cheese, cottage cheese, and yogurt.

I absolutely need high doses of potassium and taurine with the clen . This has been proven. I had a cramp tonight so I upped it, and I probably flush out a to of potassium with all the water I drink.

I will pick up a time released vitamin C and some Vitamin E.

This is the weakest cycle I've done in awhile. I have a lot of things I would like to be shredded for in the next few weeks. I plan on this being the only cycle until March 2012.

I need 1750 calories if I were to lay in bed every day (my BMR). The 500 would represent getting up, showering, getting dressed, going to work, going to grocery store, etc, etc....this is 8 hours so I've got to believe it's 500 calories. I'm going to wear a calorie tracker to work tomorrow to confirm.

I have checked with four different sources about the 1000 calories for working out per day. It is very much accurate.

So...first, thanks for replying. It's nice to chat with someone for a different point of view. Please let me know about my diet. I probably need more carbs, and not sure how much of a deficit I should do.
