injectable b12

just picked up some injectable b12 and i need to know how to dose this stuff.

i tried to do a search for b12 (too short) and *b12* (no hits).

can someone help me out.

I usually go 1cc EOD or 1cc every 3rd day. I think if your getting it for medical reason ( given to eldery a lot) 1cc per week. But for bbing i feel bit more is needed.

the stuff i've got is 1000ug/ml.

the box recomends 100 to 1000ug a month or as directed...

stuff is real cheap too $6.85CDN for 10ml

so if i run it eod or every 3rd day do you think i will see any benefits?

Red, can inject IM or Sub Q doesn't really matter. Very thin does sting a bit if you inject too fast

Really not sure, i think so bro's get it a vet supply houses in US, but really not sure.
