taking suppliments
My day consits of taking cell-tech in the morning before i work out at ten in the morning. Then i go home and take a protein shake and drink a lot of water. In the late afternoon i take hydroxycut after i eat my lunch. I was wondering if they hydroxycut is working against the other stuff i take. I also do cardio at night

If you're taking your creatine in the am and the hydroxycut in the pm then no it should be ok.

I personally think supps are bogus, besides post workout protien shakes.
If you wanna lose weight, eat properly and do cardio, if you wanna gain mass, eat lot's of good cals.
