sup guys. i just finished my first real cycle. i did test/prop/winny. im only 20 yrs so im thinkin bout going natural for about 3 yrs. i was thinking about going on creatine, protein, and glutamine. do you guys think its a good idea? also what kind of creatine should i use?
yes, any kind that is cheap. I would get some dextrose- 10$ a sups direct, mix it with some creatine, and koolaid. Just as good as cell-tech. Buy a big bag of whey- what ever kind- 10lbs cheaper, get a bunch of tuna, and me myself im not sure about the glutamine. ALA, multi-vit
Sounds good to me, I have never done a "real" cycle but I have been training for about 4 years and I have been on Protein (Whey or blend of Casein and Whey) and that shit is great. Make sure you look to see what the grams per serving is, it is different for each product. I have also used Creatine but there was too much water retention in that so after my first supply ran out I stopped. Anyways you cannot go wrong with protein...THE END

dextrose- for postworkout only

The best place to get dextrose is either from a bulk food place or a brewing place, much cheaper. I get my dextrose 5lbs for like $3CND.
