Do you guys have any suggested supplements for training during a cycle besides protein and L-glutamine. thanks.

I use Milk Thistle, Vitamin B6 and usually drink as much Muscle Milk as possible with all my shakes (has the good fat in it to help in burning)...

I like Glucosamine Sulfate really helps with the joints when going heavy, one of the few OTC supps that I think works. Also like r-ALA with some of my heavier carb meals. Another product that I think/know works. Milk thistle if I am using some 17aa's.

I just stick t oa good multi-v as always, glucosamine/chondroitin, milk thistle, lots of cranberry juice, and also a good multi-B vitamin.
