Let me also add, unrealistic expectations of themselves, this comes through looking at top bodybuilder magazines, teens need to set realistic expectations of themselves, they need not rely on drugs for quick gains in strength and athleticisim, they need to realize that only through hard training, good nutrition, and strict discipline, may their goals and objectives be met.

yes- muscle tech has an army of teens who blindly follow them
yes-i think all those advertisers bullshit way too much. it seems as though the really good supps, like isopure protien don't get that much advertising cuz they don't need it. teens are too lazy to research products and too dumb to ask around muscle boards and if they do they ignore the advice cuz they only listen to what they want to hear.
As for most pop supps, what eveyone said is definitly true, however by me roids are the most popular amoung the youth. these kids have alot of money to piss away and they are lazy so they buy roids. i've seen alot kids get fucked up on that shit, gyno, extreme fat gain etc.
yes- NO teen diets except by cutting out important meals cuz they fear getting fat or eating absolute crap, no teen sleeps more than 4-5 hours a day, and alot of them train the same muscle over and over without giving it rest.
