    Creatine

    Got EAS Synthe Vol 2 creatine been on it for about a month and haven't gained any weight??? I've increased in strength alot and some size but no weight. I've been eating a real good high carb and high protein intake. Dont know what's up

    how much are you takeing? should be 20gms a day for the 1st 5 days the 10gms a day for maintaning it.(some people don't react to creatine)

    Gotta drink a lot of water. That's were the weight comes from.

    I know my body is reacting cuz my strength has increased considerably and i've gained some size just not weight

    i drink alot, i drink out of my gatarade bottle which is like 64oz and i refill it 6 or 7 times a day

    You might actually be drinking to much water, I would assume over 3 gallons of water a day would flush most of the creatine out of your system before it even absorbed, you must pee every 30mins.

    I would, between 1 and 2 gallons a day is fine, unless you work construction in the desert or something.

    ya, 3 gallons is a shade much man. What does your diet look like? Creatine makes you stronger, not heavier. Food is what makes you heavier. Actually, creatine allows you to push weight for more reps. A combination of lifting more weight & increasing caloric intake will make you gain weight.
