Burn as much fat as possible
This is for my large friend:
275lbs, 6'5.... body fat 30%
He's got 3 months and looking lose as much fat as possible, while weight training and not losing muscle.
He can't take ephedrine (banned for football), or AS.
He's gonna start taking Xenedrine EFX and possibly creatine (for weight training). Any suggestions for other supplements that could help? Or diet tips that you guys have used?

r-ala and green tea are my next favorite supps. for cutting. r-ala helps shuttle carbs into your muscles.

Well besides cardio in the am on an empty stomach 30-40 minutes at 60% heart rate, clean the diet up, and watch your macro-nutrients. What's his diet like? Also I'm afraid to say, besides ephedrine and AS being banned from football....so is creatine. Almost all supplements besides vitamins, and protein has been banned from high school and college sports.

I second Big Texan on that. You can tell your friend to check out CLA, his best bet is exactly what Texan said. Plus drink about 2-3 gallons of water a day. - 2 cents

ALA.. is this similar to CLA.... could you take CLA and Xenadrine together.??? suggestions...

Not exactly I think CLA has something to do with not letting new fat stores be created, I am not sure it isn't up on my list of supps to try. ALA (better r-ALA) is like an insulin mimicker. Do a search on it there is a lot of stuff on it. And yes you could take CLA and Xen together.
