    question about creatine

    This my first time doing creatine and I just got a tub of prolab creatine monohydrate. The label says to take 5g right after working out, but Ive read you should take it in the on off days in the morning as well. Im also going to skip the loading phase

    So... is 5g post work out and 5 grams in the morning on off days optimal?
