you can add things after you get a good amount of lifting under your belt.
You could add some glutimine

All you need is in this order
A good clean diet
a multi vitamin
protein (whey, casien, egg)
creatine
andro product (if you want)
glutamine(actually if you have a good whey protein, this should already be in it in a sufficient dose)
also drink plenty of water, I recommend 1-2 gallons a day, depending on your activity level.
