well im gettin broke from having to spend $30 bucks every 3 weeks to buy a new box of met-rx, whats a good protein shake??. Also, im kinda worried if i switch if maybe the met-rx costs more cuz it gives better results? what do u think

Are you looking for a MRP or straight protein powder. If you are looking for an MRP they are all sort of exp. You can make your own with protein powder, oats, flax (IMO this is much better than any MRP out there anyway) For protein powder I like Prolab whey, good quality and price.

I just ordered some pro-rated protein from www.allsportsnutrition.com and I love it. I oredered the chocolate and it tastes great. Give it a try. Ten pounds for 40 bucks, you can't go wrong.

I take Muscle Milk by Cytosport. It has good protein amounts per serving and also a nice assortment of vitamins. It is not too expensive and you can find it online and sometimes on ebay for cheap. I have tried the Pina Colada, Chocolate, and Banana Creme, and they all taste good in lowfat milk.
It also doesn't make my turds rock hard which a lot of the other protein or gainers have done in the past.
