WHEY OR SOY WHICH IS BETTER?? fOR SHAKES IS IT BETTER TO ALTERNATE. I HAVE ALWAYS USED WHEY BUT THE WOMAN GRABBED SOME WHILE SHE WAS OUT AND IT WAS SOY.. DOES IT MATTER??

Avoid soy!!!! It will raise estrogen levels and naturally we as men do not want that. Stick with whey and let her drink the soy protein.
