    WHEY OR SOY WHICH IS BETTER?? fOR SHAKES IS IT BETTER TO ALTERNATE. I HAVE ALWAYS USED WHEY BUT THE WOMAN GRABBED SOME WHILE SHE WAS OUT AND IT WAS SOY.. DOES IT MATTER??

    Avoid soy!!!! It will raise estrogen levels and naturally we as men do not want that. Stick with whey and let her drink the soy protein.

    Agreed. I buy my mother soy and she has noticed it helped her while she is post menapause. That is enough proof for me.

    It has the highest absorbtion as well as the quickest, which is vital post workout!

    Hey Pain....I feel for ya bro, when I was younger and my mother had a hysterectomene(spelling) and she went through menapause early, life ws total hell.
