does taking anti estrogen, like 6-oxo really help while on some sort of prohormone cycle and how long should i take it after finishing cycle, does anything happen after i stop, i.e. an estrogen surge?

No estrogen surge will occur, no.

6-OXO is beneficial for any cycle exceeding 2weeks in length. An example dosing scheme would be as follows (assuming a 4-6week PH cycle)
Wk 1: 600mgs/day
Wk 2: 400mgs/day
Wk 3: 400mgs/cay
Wk 4: 300mgs/day

thnx bro, so if my prohormone cycle is 4wks should i continue to take it after i have finished. I've heard people suggesting taking anti-estrogens for 3 wks after the end of the cycle, is this true?
