Best place to by dextrose powder?

Does netrition.com sell it? Any ideas? how much does everyone take it...Is it best to take right after working out then follow up with the protein shake like about 1 hour later?? I was planning on my cycle recovery drink to be 5 grams creatine, 5 grams glutamine, and dextrose, cause i hear they work really synergistically on getting the muscles back on track for making the proper catabolic break down huh?

Just go to the closest brewry store or wine shop from you and they sell pure dextrose for under 5$. I payd like 2$ for like 5lbs.
Anywhere that makes wine or beer will have dextrose
