    herbalife

    so im using the thermo-bond and total control three times a day. along with a good diet.
    also,im using the shake mix as a post work out because of the protein and potassium provided. what do u think....thus stuff is expensive! H24 is the shake i take.

    I'm sorry bro but herbalife is crap, it's a rip off, get some good supplements and drop the pyramid your just making them money

    i actually lost 65lbs and dropped my bmi from 32 to 18...so i wouldn't say rip off....expensive, yes! buy i would like better supplements. suggestions???

    yer not one of those blokes that has a herbalife sticker on your car, are you?

    simply based on cost, i would never consider the stuff. it's multi level marketing, which also means, besides the company wanting to fleece everyone of your friends and family, the items are way over priced.

    I hope this isn't an attempt by you to recruit/sell these products?

    Almost anything, actually anything is better then herbalife. Yeah you lost weight but it would be the same if you followed the same plan on anything els.

    not saying they are amazing just saying they worked for me....now i need something better. no i don't sell and i want something else because of the price and dbag sales skeems

    Try dymatize protein, If your trying to stay lean use iso 100. Good multi vitamin

    I truly know nothing aboiut it these days. Years ago they had a ECA fat burner that worked. but it was pulled from the market.
