This is my current postworkout drink...any helpful criticism/comments welcome...thanks...
Oatmeal 1/2 Cup
(sometimes a banana)

Drop the oatmeal and the milk, both are slowing absorbtion of the nutrients.

All you need is the dextrose and the protein. Like Pain said, toss the oats and the milk.
