    Best legal "cycle"

    Ok, I have no source , Im not asking for a source...So with that said - Can anyone provide me with an example of a decent cycle of legal OTC supps?

    For the Past 2 weeks I have been taking:
    1-AD 400-600mg/day
    Xenadrine: 100mg/day
    2-3 Myoplex Shakes a day

    Ive been eating right (low carb, high cal) and noticing some nice gains

    But, I don't want my body to get too used to what I am taking and know I will need to switch it up soon....Suggestions?

    Sorry for the newbie question - I have searched but haven't come up with any good examples of OTC supps...

    Im 6'1 , 185 looking to go up to ~195

    Don't get in a habit of getting most of your protein / calories from Myoplex shakes. They're good for a meal replacement, but not half the day.

    First off...what are you trying to do? Cut?...
    Since thats what it seems like i will say this...
    go with 600-800mg 1-AD
    400-500mg of 4-AD
    Protein/ECA/BCAAs

    You should be all set...

    A deffinate stack of 1-ad/600mg ed and 4-ad/900mg ed will work! You must up your protein intake to about 1 to 2 grams per body pound. My suggestion, buy a low carb protein, use ur myoplexes, and get a slow digesting protein for bedtime! (but then again, real shit costs less concidering the dosadges u have to take of the prohormones for them to work).

    Holy shit thats a lot of protein! Thanks for the insight guys - We'll see how it woks out - I just started w/ 4ad to go w/ 1ad - man this shits $$$!
