I'm not sure on a total amount that the body can handle. But With your size, I'm sure 500 grams is ok. You want anywhere from 1.5 to 2 grams per pound of lean body mass.
Also, not jumping on your case, but any reason on why you've done 3 cycles already and you're only 17.
500 grams a day is fine but remember your body can only absorb so much every couple hours, your body will let you know usually if you're putting in too much protein too quickly. Make sure you drink enough water with all that protein, for your kidneys if nothing else.
