im wondering if R-ALA mixed with a 150-200carbs diet , high protein and moderate EFA, lifting + good cardio routine, will really help me loosing fat, or it is juste a waste of money??

also , is yohimburn could be really good for me?

r-ALA is good, do a search and you will find a lot of people liking it. I haven't tried the yomb so I can't give an opinion on that.

I don't think yohimburn is the right move for you right now at 20%. Most people that take it are pretty lean and it is never proven to show fantastic results. Jump on a fat burner and r-ala..
