Here are the suppliments I'm taking, what else...

Okay guys, I debated hitting a cycle for a while, and decided to continue taking the natural route, for now at least. Here is what I take daily.

    Nitro tech shakes 3 daily
    Once a Day multi vitamin
Xtra Advantage creatine syrum before lifting
    Cell tech after lifting
hydroxycuts 3 x daily 45 minutes before eating.

Is there anything I should be taking/changing. I'm 6'2", 240. I need to get my weight up to the 260 range. I also want to be in the 12-14% body fat range at that weight. I'm currently 15%. I've been reading about stuff like Dermagain, maxteron, and dermalean. You guys have an opinion on any of that stuff. Any advise on what to add or change would be great.
    Thanks.

Zinc 50mg ED IMO. Diet is very important bro. You can do alot with the right bulking diet. Tobey is a good source for diet tips. I have a good bulking diet I am on and very happy with it. PM me and I'll send it to you if interested bro.

    Crap, crap, and crap.

You should try glutamine. It's by far the most convenient supplement to take (tasteless powder, no nausea afterwards) and I'm very happy with the results. Do a search for it, there's lots of lengthy descriptions of it's effects.

Creatine Serum is total crap. The fact that it sells so well shows how easy people can be taken in by marketing ploys. Plain old creatine powder is the best way to go. Cell-Tech is a quality product but it is one of the most expensive creatine products on the market. Any powder will do.

How long do you plan on taking Hydroxycut? You will notice that the effects will be less noticable if you take it for too long. The best way is 2 weeks on, and 2 weeks off.

Glutamine, Glutamine and GLUTAMINE!! Extremely important. Also, I think its kinda a waste to run hydroxycuts with celltech - creatine = water absorption + cell volumizing, hydro's = cutting and water loss.

It's garbage bro. Get rid of it.
    Cell tech after lifting
Again, switch to real food. Protein and a quick burning carb.

Switch to a Generic ECA and save your money!

Cell Tech and Hydroxy are a lot of money, IMHO. Save your money. Also, you need some Glutamine in here.

aside from 6 meals a day to gain weight, the only supplements i ever use is glutamine, whey protein, and meal replacements. thats all you need.

Synthevol 2 has 6 grams of glutamine peptides per serving. Thats better than 15 grams of free-form L-glutamine you guys are taking. Throw in 10 grams of creatine and 3.5 grams of Arginine. Plus low in sugar. It's the best creatine there is.
