Any kind of straight protein should be ok bro. They usually just have a few carbs per serving. I know that Isopure has a low carb and zero carb protein available. http://www.allsportsnutrition.com/pr...?productid=632

Isopure without a doubt. Isopure has 0 grams of fat, 0 grams of carbs, and 50 grams of Ion-Exchange Whey Protein Isolate per serving, which is obviously 200 calories. www.naturesbest.com

Well, any protein product will contain 4 calories per g of both protein and carbs, and 9 calories per g of fat. So, you need to go with a powder that has the lowest amount of carbs and fats, b/c you obviously can't avoid protein calories!

VPX has a product called Zero Carb Protein with 20 g of protein per scoop and ZERO carbs and ZERO fats! So, you do the math...

    1 scoop = 80 cals w/ 20 g P
    2 scoops = 160 cals w/ 40 g P
    3 scoops = 240 cals w/ 60 g P

Isopure is expensive, but I use 1.5 scoops with 1% milk and end up getting like 80 shakes out of the bucket... for $70.0 That's not a bad price per shake. Also the low carb choc tastes great.
