You can still sweat in a dehydrated state believe it or not, I am wondering if you are experiancing an allergic reaction to the product you are taking, how much are you taking, have you taken creatine in the past? I would discontinue it for a week and see what happens, ir it does not stop I would see a doctor, could be a serious condition not related to the creatine, if nothing else helps try sleeping with a fan, I cant sleep without one, even in the freezing cold winter time.

Dont worry about it man, you will live!!! lol joking
creatine will volumize the cells with h20, once the cells are volumized they want to get back to original size and that happens when u piss and sweat, but u keep on taking more creatine to maintain that. So its perfectly normal i wouldnt worry about it!!!

oh by the way, iam a huge fan of creatine
iam planning on starting it when iam off my cycle
