I´m 136lbs and 5'9 female and I´ve been taking 5g of creatine, 40g of dextrose and 15g of whey after my weight training.
I want to put on some more muscles.... but when I told a trainer that I know about the dextrose he didn´t like it and said that dextrose were absorbed too quickly and therefore not good for your body!
What do you guys think???
