Personally, I wax, and it was very painful at first, but my tolerance has built up over time. I would recommend laser treatment, but in my opinion it is too new of a treatment. I have witnessed very good results from it, but at the same time I have seen some failures, and the long term side-effects are still yet to be determined. In my opinion, do a "test strip." Which means they take a small portion of your chest and wax it, so you can see how it goes. Good luck.
