i was actually considering trying out 1-ad for eight weeks. my friend told me he takes it and it works fine for him as far as size and strength go. he says you don't feel the effects of it until about the third week you are on it. anyone have any thoughts about that?
buddy of mine took it. This is a good question for the supplements forum as 1-ad is a LEGAL supplement not a steroid, but forums aside.
He said he gained like 5 using it six weeks at close to double the dose. IMO not worth it, use some protein, glutamine and good eating to gain some strength and size. Others oppinions may differ but thats what I believe.

Like I've said before...thinking you're going to get steroid results with 1-AD or 1-Test is looking for a big dissapointment. Now treating them as OTC supps, they are, personally speaking the only andro like products that produce any results. Yes using 1-AD or 1-Tes at double the doseage you can put on a possible 5 to even 10 lbs. But don't expect to keep it. Most people I've known to use either of them lost pretty much all of their gains once they came off. I'd have to go with PaPaPumP on this one.
