i am 18 and i was on the steroid thread before but all opinions told me it was too early. They suggested i jsut use creatine and so on. I am looking for good gains this summer...and i heard you can do it with an no2 / creatine stack. if anyone has any input on how to do this...amounts to take and so on please help me. I think i made the right decision by deciding against juicing...but now i need to figure out what to do with my supplements...thanks in advance
