    no2 and creatine!!!

    i am 18 and i was on the steroid thread before but all opinions told me it was too early. They suggested i jsut use creatine and so on. I am looking for good gains this summer...and i heard you can do it with an no2 / creatine stack. if anyone has any input on how to do this...amounts to take and so on please help me. I think i made the right decision by deciding against juicing...but now i need to figure out what to do with my supplements...thanks in advance

    1-1.5 g of protein per pound of body weight. The amount of carbs depend on your goals. I know nothing about no2, but I have seen a thread on it in passing. Do a search. At 18 you should have plenty of hormones pumping through your body to build some good muscle. Put together a solid lifting program and DO IT RELIGIOUSLY.
