    RE: Stress and coriscol- any supplements that help?

    Are the any minerals/herbs/ any thing at all that helps combat high levels of stress/ cortisol release. Also does anyone know of any that have a relaxing calming effect that help with relaxation and getting better quality sleep?

    Vitamin C is known for its cortisol fighting properties.

    There are multiple herbal teas that would allow you to go to sleep in a more relaxed state, such as Chamomile.

    I suffer really REALLY bad sleeping. To help me sleep i use strongish hayfever tablets. Make me.dwowsy. on really bad nights zopiclone. But you emd up relying on.zop to sleep so please dont use itunless youve tried every other option.
    Tensing muscle groups one at a time before sleeping relaxes thw body. Listening to soft relaxing music relaxes the mind. Hope ur sleep improves

    ZMA helps me quite a bit. Most people say its garbage but I love it and its cheap

    Glad to know i'm not crazy. When you take it before bed do you feel like you get deeper sleep? That's the biggest benefit of it for me

    Siberian ginseng is great for stress and can help sleep patterns. Just don't take it right before bed. I just mix mine into a protein shake.
